Hello and welcome!

My name is Henrietta (Henri for short), and I’m a dedicated and compassionate counsellor who helps adults and young people find greater ease and self-understanding as they navigate life’s challenges and complexities.

I work with people who are ready to move beyond patterns of overthinking, anxiety, or struggles around food. Together, we’ll explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, making sense of how your past and present connect. Drawing on my knowledge of Autism, ADHD, anxiety, and eating disorders, I offer insights and practical strategies to support growth, self-acceptance, and positive change.

As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I value the beautiful differences that make each person unique. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative.  I don’t aim to fix or cure, but to help you understand yourself more deeply and live in a way that feels more aligned and authentic to you.

I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and work to provide a safe and supportive space for all identities.

What might have brought you here...

Could it be one or more of the following?

  • Your thoughts are constantly racing, making it hard to focus or switch off
  • You feel stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety, and burnout
  • You procrastinate or avoid tasks due to overwhelm or fear of failure
  • You use food, substances, or distractions to cope with emotions
  • You struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or perfectionism
  • You feel disconnected, self-critical, or not good enough
  • You have a difficult relationship with food and/or your body

If so, it might help to talk to someone who is both compassionate and non-judgemental about your particular situation.

It is important that you find a therapist that is a good fit for you, if that’s not me, I’ll endeavour to offer you other recommendations..

Nothing binds you except your thoughts;
nothing limits you except your fear;
and nothing controls you except your beliefs
